ALUMINIUM POWDER FOR AUTOCLAVED AERATED LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE

AAC has been produced for more than 70 years, and it offers several advantages over other cement construction materials, one of the most important being its lower environmental impact.

  • Improved thermal efficiency reduces the heating and cooling load in buildings.

  • Porous structure gives superior fire resistance.

  • Lightweight saves cost and energy in transportation, labour expenses, and increases chances of survival during seismic activity

  • Larger size blocks leads to faster masonry work.

  • Reduces project cost for large constructions.

ALUMINIUM POWDER FOR PYROTECHNICS

Aluminum powder is highly flammable and so one of its most common uses is in pyrotechnic displays. Aluminum powder burns very brightly and is used to create different flash effects in fireworks displays by using different grades of powder. The finest powders can be 'airfloat', and are commonly used in flash compositions. Fine aluminium is also used in small percentages in some hobby-rocket fuels. Courser powders are generally used for sparkling effects. With these larger particle types, many effects--such as  glitter, firefly and snowball--can be achieved.

AIR ATOMIZED ALUMINIUM POWDER

The air atomised aluminum powder offered by us finds wide applications for the manufacturing of welding electrodes, brake linings, foundry fluxes and sleeves, explosives, paints, solid propellant fuels, refractory bricks and thermal welding.  It is also consumed in metallurgy processes where press and sinter parts are limited to light weight mechanical applications and is popular in decorative applications, soldering paste, PTFE compounds.
